• 4 cups Milk
• 16 large Eggs, beaten
• 2 large Potatoes, thinly sliced
• 75 g Butter/ Margarine, melted
• 2 medium Onions, thinly sliced
• 400 g Chorizo, diagonally sliced/cubed made using Chouricos R/P (02077005)
• 20 g Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ (04639010)
• 30 Cherry tomatoes, halved
• 100 g Feta, cut into cubes
• 1 Tbsp Fresh coriander, finely chopped
• 2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
