- ½ cup cilantro (chopped)
- ½ cup green onion (sliced)
- ¼ cup peanuts (chopped, raw or roasted, unsalted)
- ¼ cup organic peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 3 tbsp organic tamari (reduced-sodium, or coconut aminos)
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tbsp organic rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp ginger (fresh, minced)
- 2 tsp sesame seed oil (optional)
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
