- 60g malted milk powder (Horlicks is good), warmed
- 100ml whole milk (warmed)
- 150g icing sugar, sifted
- 500ml double cream
- Chocolate Caramel
- 50g unsalted butter
- 50g soft light brown sugar
- 60ml double cream
- 80g Maltesers, lightly crushed, plus extra to serve
- 40g dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa solids), roughly chopped
