Ingredients

• 1 (4-ounce) boil-in-bag rice packet (we used Uncle Ben's)
• 1 (4-ounce) andouille sausage link, split in half lengthwise and sliced 1/4 inch thick
• 4 (15-ounce) cans Goya brand black bean soup (not just plain black beans)
• 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon grated lime zest
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
• Lime wedges
