Pasta Nerano - Great British Chefs
A wonderful, simple pasta dish of courgettes, cheese and basil from Robin Gill.
Ingredients
- olive oil, for frying
- 800g of courgette, ideally Romanesco courgettes, sliced into thin rounds
- 400g of spaghetti
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 200g of Provolone cheese, grated
- 1 handful of basil leaves
- salt
