• 2/3 C chopped onion
• 1/3 C chopped celery

• 1 tsp dry parsley
• 1/2 tsp dry thyme

• 1/4 tsp black pepper

• 1 3/4 C chicken broth
• 1/2 C half and half
• 1 1/2 C chopped leftover turkey or chicken
• 2 C thawed frozen mixed vegetables
• 1 box 2-crust rolled ready-to-bake pie crust*
