Chicken Tikka Marsala

Ingredients

• 5 chicken breast cut up into cubes
• 1 large onion, diced
• 2 tbls fresh ginger grated
• 1 can of tomato purée
• 1 1/2 cups plain yoghurt
• 2 tbls olive oil
• 2 tbls garam masala
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 1 tbls cumin
• 1/2 tbls paprika
• 2 tsp salt
• 3/4 tsp ground black pepper
• 1-3 tsp cayenne pepper
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 cup cream
• 3 tbls cornflour
• Lemon juice from half a lemon
• Chopped coriander
