• Sausages, mixed already cooked e.g bratwurst, kabanoss, lamb
• 1 yellow onion
• 3 parsnip
• 2 carrot
• 0.5 pack potatoes (app. 12 medium potatoes in bag)
• 8 sprig thyme, fresh
• 1 pack parsley, fresh
• 10 allspice berries
• 2 leaf bay leaf
• salt
• black pepper
• 1 can beer
• 1.5 pack fond du chef chicken (concentrated chicken broth)
• 800 ml water
• 4 tblsp mustard, Swedish hot & sweet
• 4 slice left-over bread if you have it
