- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 sprigs of thyme and/or rosemary
- 3 pickled walnuts
- Good knob of butter
- Plenty of salt and black pepper to season
- Drizzle of vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp horseradish sauce
- Squeeze of lemon
