Giardiniera Chili Verde by Mauro Provisions

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons Mauro Provisions Mild Craft Giardiniera Oil
• ½ cup Mauro Provisions Mild Craft Giardiniera , drained
• 1 large yellow or white onion, chopped
• 2 teaspoons ground cumin
• 1 teaspoons dried chipotle chili flakes
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 1 lb package ground dark meat turkey
• 1 15.5oz can white beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 16oz jar of salsa verde
• 4 cups turkey broth
• Garnish with: sour cream or crema, queso fresco, cilantro and lime
