- Matthi / Sardine : ½ k gm (cleaned & cut into medium pieces)
- Turmeric powder : 2 tsp
- Salt : to taste
- 6 tsp Coriander powder : 5
- 4 tsp Red chilli powder : 3
- Tamarind : as reqd (make a pulp adding water)
- Grated coconut : 1 cup
- Ginger (sliced) : 2 tsp
- Green chilli (sliced) : 2 nos
- Onion (sliced) : ¼ cup
- Curry leaves : as reqd
- Coconut / Refined oil : as reqd (to fry the onion slices and curry leaves)
