- 1 packet of frozen Keski fish (found in most Bangladeshi stores)
- 1/2 an onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tomatoes
- Handful of fresh coriander leaves
- 5 green chillies
- 2 tbs cooking oil
- 3/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 3/4 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
- a sprinkling of black pepper
