• 1/4 cup ice cold water
• 2 sticks margarine
• 3 ounces good-quality dark chocolate
• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp mint extract
• 3 ounces parve cream cheese
• 1/2 cup flour
• pinch salt
• 3 ounces chocolate
• 1/3 cup whip topping
• red and white stripped peppermint candies
• white chocolate, melted
