Ingredients

• 240 g Tuna Loin
• 4 x large potatoes
• 200 g unsalted butter
• 2 egg yolks
• 100 g sesame seeds
• 32 small cherry tomatoes
• 2 x medium red onions
• 4 x hard boiled eggs, still soft in the yolk
• 60 g fine French Beans
• 2 x Romaine Lettuce
• 50 g Roquette Salad
• 24 black olives
• 2 x regular sized tins of Anchovies (2 oz/56.7g)
• Juice of 2 lemons
• 50 ml olive oil
• 1 x recipe of Lola’s Vinaigrette
