• 1 teaspoon instant yeast
• 2 teaspoons olive oil
• Olive oil
• Flour, for dusting the pizza peel
• 1 1/2 ounce pizza sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh herbs such as thyme, oregano, red pepper flakes (each)
• combination of 3 grated cheeses
