Ingredients

• bread:
• 3 cups (3×250 ml) cake flour
• 5 ml salt
• 5 ml sugar
• 60 g butter
• 10 g anchor instant yeast
• 1 large egg beaten
• 125 ml lukewarm water
• 30 ml milk
• 1 bunch spinach coarsely chopped and steamed or
• 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese OR
• 1 cup crumbled feta cheese OR
• half cup grated mozzarella cheese and half cup
• 1 and half cup cubed cooked fillet in masala of your
• salt, garlic and pepper
• garlic salt, lemon pepper, seasoning to taste
