Ingredients

• 8 filo dough sheets (30cmx30cm)
• 30g of hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
• 30g of walnuts, coarsely chopped
• 30g of mixed nuts, finely chopped
• 50g of butter, melted
• 100g of sugar
• 60ml of water
• 1 tsp of lemon juice
• 1 cinnamon stick
