- 3 Eggs, slightly beaten
- 5 oz (150 ml) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3½ cups Flour, all purpose
- ½ zest Lemon
- 2 tbsp Sugar, brown
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 pack dry (2¼ tsp) or 1.75oz (50g) fresh Yeast
- 1 Egg, for egg wash
