- 2 c. gluten free flour blend (I used oat and a premade gf mix)
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 stick of butter, grated (frozen is best)
- 1/2 c. cream or milk (can use dairy-free)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 medium peach, peeled & finely diced
- Sugar, for sprinkling
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2-3 Tbsp. cream or milk
