Ingredients

• 3 tbsp (45 ml) honey
• 2 tbsp butter
• 6 pears, peeled, cored and each pear cut into six
• 6 egg yolks
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) maple syrup
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) whiskey
