Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs fresh sushi grade tuna, finely ground
• 1 egg
• 3/4 cup mayonnaise, divided
• 1/4 cup for tuna patties & 1/2 cup for relish
• 3/4 cup panko
• 3 Tablespoons lemon juice, divided 2 tablespoons for tuna patties & 1 tablespoon for relish
• 3 teaspoons salt, divided 2 tsp for tuna patties & 1 tsp for relish
• 1 teapoon Srirachi or other Asian hot chili sauce
• 1/4 cup RedFish magic
• 1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeds removed and cut into small cubes
• 3 tablespoons chives, chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• Vegetable Oil for brushing on the grill rack
• Sesame seed hamburger buns, split
