Crowned Artichoke Chorizo Quiche by Theo Michaels - Canned Food UK
A slight twist on the classic quiche with canned artichokes and earthy chorizo creating the perfect filling for our ‘crowned’ quiche – fit for a king!
Ingredients
- 1x400g can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 1 white onion, diced
- 75g chorizo, diced
- 1 handful baby salad leaves
- 30ml olive oil
- 5 medium eggs
- 200ml whole milk
- 150g mature cheddar, grated
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Dozen turns black pepper
- 8 sheets filo pastry
- 50g melted butter
- 2 strips baby vine tomatoes, to serve
- Handful baby salad leaves, to serve
