Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 1/4 C oil
• 2 C sugar
• 2 C flour
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 C shredded coconut
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 small can pineapple , crushed with liquid
• 2 C carrots , grated
• 1 C nuts
• 1 8 oz package cream cheese
• 1 stick butter , softened
• 16 oz powdered sugar
