Ingredients

• Crust:
• 1-3/4 to 2-1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 envelope Pizza Crust Yeast
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 2/3 cup very warm water (120° to 130°F)*
• 3 tbsp Crisco® Oil
• Toppings:
• 2 tart green apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 2 tbsp Clabber Girl® Corn Starch
• 1/2 tsp Spice Islands Ground Saigon Cinnamon
• 1-1/2 tbsp butter OR margarine, melted
• 1-1/2 tbsp Light Corn Syrup
• 1 tsp Spice Islands Pure Vanilla Extract
• 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
