• 1 tbsp Confectionary sugar
• a squeeze of lemon juice
• 1 cup plain flour
• 2 tbsp caster sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• pinch of salt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
• ½ tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 tsp cinnamon
