Ingredients

• 300 g of salmon fillet, skinless and boneless
• 300 g of pasta (your choice of type, e.g., penne or fettuccine)
• 2 cups of fresh spinach leaves, washed and dried
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 cup of heavy cream
• 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 tablespoon of butter
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Juice of half a lemon
• Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish (optional)
