Blackberry Pie - Olive Oil Critic
This pie is summer on a plate, sweet and tart and beautiful, it is the best for potlucks or family get together, that is, if it actually can get out of the house in one piece!
Ingredients
- 4 cup Fresh or frozen blackberries
- 1/4 cup Apricot White Balsamic
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tbsp Lime zest
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom (ground)
- 1 batch Sweet Olive Oil Pastry
