Ingredients

• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 2 tsp dried oregano
• 400g can chopped tomatoes
• 1 tbsp tomato purée
• 400g can cannellini beans, drained
• 4 large slices sourdough bread or any bread of your choice
• 125g mozzarella ball, torn
• sliced pepperoni or ham, to serve (optional)
• small handful of basil leaves, torn, to serve
