Ingredients

• 2 lobster cooked, peeled and cut into pieces
• 1 c. à soupe (15 ml) Irresistibles shriracha mayonnaise
• 1/2 green apple julienned
• juice of 1/2 lemon
• 1/4 red pepper cut into small dice
• 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped dill
• 1 pinch Irresistibles salt
• To taste pepper
• 2 Première Moisson small croissant bun
• 2 Irresistibles Swiss cheese
• 2 Boston lettuce
