Lentils and Sausage Casserole - Mitsides Group

Ingredients

• 4 english sausages, sliced
• 2 slices lountza*, cut in squares
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 carrot, finely chopped
• 1 zucchini, finely chopped
• 1 cup Mitsides Fine Lentils, rinsed with water
• 3 cups boiling water
• 1 cube Mitsides Chicken Bouillon
• 3 packs Mitsides Tomato Paste (3 X 70g)
• 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 tsp Mitsides Vegetable Powder
• 1 tsp paprika (sweet)
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• A pinch of mixed herbs
• Salt and pepper
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
