• 2 cups basil
• ½ cup olive oil
• 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 tsp salt
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 cup Sun-Dried Tomato Halves
• 1 bunch spinach
• 6-8 ounces feta, crumbled
• Pesto: 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomato Halves, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 tbsp pine nuts
• 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
• 2 tsp white wine vinegar
• 1/2 tsp oregano
• 1 cup basil
