• 4 oz (125 g) white chocolate chopped
• 1 cup (250 mL) sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp (10 mL) vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) all-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
• 1 cup (250 mL) Milk
• 1 cup (250 mL) dried cranberries
• 3/4 cup (180 mL) toasted chopped pecans

• 1 oz (30 g) melted white chocolate (optional)
