Vegan Chocolate Olive Oil Mousse - Meat Free Monday
A light, fluffy, vegan chocolate mousse which simply melts in the mouth!
Ingredients
- 100 g/3.5 oz 55% cacao chocolate in discs or broken into small pieces
- 30 ml/1 fl oz extra virgin olive oil (a fruity one, not a grassy one), plus extra to serve
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- drained liquid from 1 x 450 g tin of chickpeas (160 g approx. of liquid). This liquid is called aquafaba.
