• 800 gram tomato sauce
• 150 gram shredded mozarella
• 1 garlic glove
• 1 chopped onion
• 2 sprigs thyme ( or 0,5 tbsp)
• 4 sprigs basil (or 2 tbsp)
• 50 gram green (or black) olives
• 3 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil
• 3 tbsp flour
