Ingredients

• 600 grams Sausages (your favorite)
• 400 grams Chestnut Mushrooms (preferrably organic)
• 1 large Red Onion
• 400 grams Canned Plum Tomatoes
• 600 ml Chicken Stock (or your favorite)
• 1 tsp English Mustard
• 6 tbsp Rice Bran Oil (or your favorite)
• 3 Garlic Cloves (or 2-3 tsp of garlic puree)
• 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
• 1 tsp Dried Thyme
• 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
• 1 tsp Dried Oregano
• 2 Bay Leaves
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Fresh Parsley (chopped for garnish)
