• 454g pack pork sausages
• 1 onion, sliced
• 2 sticks of celery, chopped
• 1 red pepper, diced
• ½ tsp cumin seeds
• ½ tsp of fennel seeds
• 2 tbsp of plain flour
• 400g tin of chopped tomatoes
• Beef stock bouillon
