- 4 eggs
- 200 Grams raw caster sugar
- 3 lemons, zest and 40ml juice
- 80 Grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
- 150 Grams pot set yoghurt or purchased Greek yoghurt
- 10 Drops doTERRA lemon oil (optional but wow)
- 250 Grams Cake flour or SR flour
- 30 Grams butter
- 80 Grams Ten Times sugar (icing sugar)
- fresh lemon juice as needed
- edible flowers to garnish
