• *1 cup buttermilk
• *1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• *2 tsp white vinegar (optional)

• *2 cups of powdered sugar
• *4 oz of cream cheese, softened at room temperature
• *2 tbsp of unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
• *2 tbsp of milk
