Salmon en Croute Bites | Wild Planet Foods recipe
This dish is inspired by the traditional French dish salmon en croute, but this version is handheld, appetizer-friendly and made with Wild Planet Pink Salmon!
Ingredients
- 1 (6oz can) Wild Planet Wild Pink Salmon
- 8oz Spinach
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 small Shallot, minced
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1.5oz Cream Cheese
- 1.5oz creamy herbed Gournay cheese
- 1 sheet of Puff Pastry, thawed
- Juice of 1/4 Lemon
- Parmesan Cheese for topping
