- 2 2/3 cups water
- 1/4 cup margarine or 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt, if desired
- 1 cup milk
- 2 2/3 cups instant potatoes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
- 9 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups cubed cooked ham
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
