Ingredients

• ½ kg beef/steak mince
• 1 tablespoon garlic
• 1 teaspoon ginger
• ground green chili
• 1 tablespoon robertson bbq spice
• 1 tablespoon robertson chicken spice
• sprinkle of Aromat (a South African Spice)
• 1 teaspoon dhana powder
• 1 teaspoon jeera powder
• ¼ teaspoon haldi
• good handful chopped dhania (coriander)
• handful cut garlic chives
• 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
• 1 finely chopped onion ( squeezed out the water )
• blob butter
• oil
• ½ freshly squeezed lemon
• 2 tablespoon mayo
• 2 tablespoon nando garlic peri
• squeezed lemon
