• 100g Scotty Brand Smoked Salmon
• 200g spaghetti
• 1 tsp butter
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 150ml double cream
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 3 tbsp freshly grated parmesan
• A handful of chopped fresh chives
