• 1 cup (250 ml) pecans, coarsely chopped
• Shelled whole pecans and/or walnuts for garnishing
• 1 cup (250 ml) brown sugar
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) corn syrup
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) unsalted butter
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) 35% cream
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) icing sugar, sifted
