• 3 tablespoons beet juice , pickled
• 1/4 cup water
• 3 tablespoons pickled beets , chopped
• 3 tablespoons pickles , chopped
• 3 tablespoons onions , finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons capers
• 2 tablespoons butter
