• 14 oz (397 g) of sugar
• 15 separated eggs
• 5 oz (142 g) of flour
• 1/4 cup of finely chopped orange zest
• 2 tbsp of almond extract
• 1/2 tsp of salt
• For the topping:
• 1 qt (946 ml) + 0.5 cup of sour cream
• 1/3 cup of sugar
