• 2 cups heavy cream
• 2 large chicken breasts
• chopped parsley, to garnish
• 3/4 cup butter
• 1 tablespoon kosher salt, for pasta water
• extra parmesan cheese, to garnish
• 5 cloves garlic, smashed and minced
