Trotters Recipe With Soda Bread

• 1 carrot

• 350g of wholemeal flour
• 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 450ml of buttermilk
• 100g of white breadcrumbs
• 2 tbsp of English mustard powder
• 75g of plain flour
• 2 eggs
• olive oil
• 4 tbsp of beetroot chutney
• 1 large pack of salad
