Semolina Cheddar Rolls

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp Yeast, Active Dry
• 1/2 cup Warm Water (110 degrees)
• 2 cups Warm Milk (110 degrees)
• 2 Eggs, Large (room temperature)
• 1/4 cup Vegetable Shortening
• 3 cups Semolina Flour
• 2 tsp Sea Salt
• 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 cups White Flour, Unbleached
• 2 cups Shredded, Sharp Cheddar Cheese (about 8 oz.)
• 2 tbsp Milk
