Campofrio

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 pkg (4 oz) Campofrio Chorizo Clàsico
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 4 cups chopped Swiss chard
• 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
• 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
• 1 can (19 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
• 2 tsp red wine vinegar
• 8 oz skinless firm white-fleshed fish, cut into large chunks
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
