• 1 can (19 oz) green lentils, drained and rinsed
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 2 cups tomato sauce
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 1/2 cup peas
• 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
• 1 1/2 lb sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
• 1 tsp salt, divided
• 3 tbsp 35% whipping cream
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsle
